This accordion journal is made from six window envelopes. I used wallpaper, spackle/sculpturing paste, lace, cloth tape, paint chips, envelope off-cuts, die cuts, stamping, stenciling, and other typically used techniques and items to create a journal that is elegant with a vintage travel & correspondence theme. Let me know in the comments if you think I achieved my goal.
This journal has a surprising amount of journaling space-555.125 square inches or the equivalent of 12 8x5.5 inch size pages.
In the video, I also show how to decorate plain cloth tape with ink and stamping for a decorative trim or as I used it here, to bind the envelopes together. I suggest other materials to use as binding options.
