Hi, sir! Question lang po, medyo naconfuse po kasi ako bandang dulo...sa Illustrative problem 2, requirement #10. Bakit po 500k ginamit for 12/2030 to 12/2031? Diba po nung 1/1/2030 may New Annual Lease Payment na po na 600k? Hindi po ba yun yung gagamitin from 12/2030 through 12/2032? Thank you po sir for sharing your videos!
