What is the backend ERP system to reflect invoice details in Oracle OIC? or is it a solution footprint from oracle as its product line, if yes then what is the product name using RPA and OIC in its solution design?

What's the difference between OIC (content and experience cloud service) and account's payable cloud service with IDR for invoice automation?

currently we are in the process of implementing Oracle and i am being told that we cannot convert a past supplier invoice into a Credit memo, but rather entering the credit memo from scratch. Can you please let me know if this is the case. This is one of the questions we need to vet prior to pulling the plug on the AP module
