Iss saa ka expense 1500 se entry krdo, or same year mein ek entry dedo prepaid expense dr to telephone 4500, then coming fy year mein telephone ac dr. To prepaid expense; for reversal entry k liye

Sir prepaid expenses me thoda confusion bna hua hai ek question hai samjh nhi aa rha hai. Ques- A ne 1/april/2023 se lekar 30/june/2024 (15 months) ka advance diya Rs.75,000. Sir 1-april-2023 aur 31-march-2023 mein iski kya entries hongi aur jo 3 months extra hai unko kaise adjust karenge.

Expense AC Dr. 60000 Prepaid ex. Ac Dr. 15000 To cash ac. 75000 That's the correct entry.

@@piasharma9488 yes it's like if we post entry of 75000rs in a year Rent acc Debit 75000rs To cash/Bank 75000rs Now adjust it like Prepaid exp 15000rs Dr( Asset ) Rent exp 15000rs Cr(exp reducing) Easy and simple
