hey, I saw your videos..those are really good..please let me know whether processes like R2R, O2C, P2P only done in BPO. The reason I want to ask this is that I have previously worked in KPMG KGS but now don't want to work in a BPO because of of exceptionally long hours. I am completely from accounting background and I can work in these profiles easily.

No it used across all the MNC. Mostly they prefer to have different process in place. Example GE, Cummins etc. Thanks

For across all the MNC's they prefer to have record to report team separate to ensure only related to R2R, similarity for procurement to pay the buyer team is different and accounts payable team is different, logistics team is different and similarly for Order to cash as well. Its more systematic if we have all process and teams in place to make it more streamline and qualitative deliverables. Thanks

@@AccountsGurukul I got that all the process have different teams ( for example Infosys BPM). Mera question hai ki companies me BPO ke bina bhi ye roles hote hai ya nai?( example -Infosys)..
