Thank you for your tutorial. Could you please tell me why I always have class "-999". I have four macro classes but it shows five classes including -999. And I think this it why my accuracy result always show low. thanks for your reply

default class value -999 or -1000 is assigned to pixels that are classified to more than one class

Is because where you picked your sample (check points) falls out of the LULC boundary.
