So the emergency bunker was near the visitors' centre, watching the movie, I made the assumption that the bunker was right near the raptor pen.

In the movie we don't actually see the whole distance covered by Ellie and Muldoon, from the bunker to the raptor pen. Here tho, I mistaken the bunker location, since we can see its exact location in a short delete scene of the movie.

Yes the list is correct, but actually many of them didn't reach Nublar cause of the 93 incident. Some other didn't have enough DNA to be cloned yet
