Once you replace the stock cross fader with the innofader, you can use the old fader as a volume fader like a traditional cross fader with the curve set all the way down. Just plug I the old fader to the red cable once you opne it up. It'll help manage the volume of the input and record itself. So the fader upgrade is a 2 in one, you won't need to buy the separate board for the volume. Unless you're picky about volume control.

Nice to see another portablist! 🎚️😉 The Innofader comes allready with a cable where you can use the stock fader as a blending crossfader. The Jesse Dean volume control board has additional features. Maybe I'll get one too. And to avoid headaches, make sure not to move the fadersteam while releasing the calibration button of your Innofader. This happened to me and it took a while to get it right. Hjärtliga hälsningar 😊

i think a lot of people would like to know: why that turntable and not the famous pt01-scratch by numark?
@gaarakabuto14 жыл бұрын
Initially why i was more into spin was first of all the bluetooth,then the most important the crossfader space and the placement,the fact that you've got the option for right and left crossfaders,design and finally the name.Let's be fair Numark is great for what has been through time but unfortunately Numark has given moment of distrust (looking at ttx series). Now why does Numark has stayed on top,first of all and most importantly it came first and it is cheaper that the two major reason why PT-01 is on top.To this day new modification are created and by the time spin was out already the modification teams were into PT-01 and most people had already fully modded their PT-01 so there was no reason to try out spin in the first place.Another reason why PT-01 is on top is because it is easier to modify it,the shell is as simple as it gets,where in spin's case things are slighly different. At the end of the day the only real difference i can give you is the bluetooth and the fader space/double fader that matter,but are these two good enough for the price difference (especially since spin needs to be modded too)?
@trakvultures79424 жыл бұрын
Because its a bit newer but its also better in alot of ways
@turntabletreehouse7804 жыл бұрын
@@trakvultures7942 it's pretty much the same, the stock fader needs to be upgraded/ modes on both tables.....I've met Jesse Sean and his faders are dope...the mini innofader is dope af too...the pto1 is more compact though..
@DopamineOverload4 жыл бұрын
Hey Accurate! A lot of people recommend upgrading the fader with a Jesse Dean Designs contactless fader (the Innofaders are good too).. but beyond that, it's pretty dope. How do you think Reloop Spin compares to the Numark PT-01?
@neatogreedo4 жыл бұрын
I’ve been in the fence for acquiring a portable (partablisim) scratch “unit” for a while now. I know there’s a few options out there w/ integrated faders, mods, & whatnot, but I’m curious to see what comes of your personal Reloop mods (of course w/ an Innofader). Looking good & keep on keeping it accurate for us, AB!

I want to start learning how to scratch but I don't have the budget for a whole set mixer turntable this looks like a really good option for me you think I will able to learn scratching, some people saying that the Reloop spin and pt01 are toys and sure you can play and make some basic cuts but the motor is not powerful enough and you will not get good torque and won't able to learn all the scratching techniques, what do you think should I really skip and wait till iI will have the money for a decent turntable or it will be good as the first learning Turntable, Originally I planed to buy reloop 2000 M but to store owner told me that it's good for DJ but not for the scratching not enough torque. but I really want to get into scratching, so what about the reloop spin It's cheap but originally it was made for scratching
@mrspock38893 жыл бұрын
reloop 2000 M will be less performed than the loop?
@AccurateBeats3 жыл бұрын
Hey mr Spock :) Don’t listen to the elitists! The pt-01 scratch is not as good as a fully fletched pro scratch setup, off course not - look at the price difference! Can you learn scratching on it though? -100% You might feel that the PT isn’t good enough for you once you’ve become really good at scratching, just like you would grow out of your first pair of jeans... That doesn’t mean that it’s a toy. I think this turntable is amazing for exactly people like you and I can only recommend getting into scratching with it. Sure, there are better pro setups out there but I’ve never seen a better beginner setup. Hope that helps, take care man

@Accurate Beats thank you for the replay, I think I have money for decent turntable Mixars STA + Mixars Mixer, You think ONE turntable will be good to learn Scratching Can I really learned almost anything besides juggling and mixing tracks?
@mrspock38893 жыл бұрын
@@AccurateBeats Thank you so much I bought two MIXARS STA with Concorge NIGHTCLUB MK2 and MIXARS CUT MIXER and its great the only problem no good records for scratching and here is my dilemma almost any record cost between 15-66$ with shipping to my country its +20$ so let's say I want to buy the superseal it will cost my around 40$ including shipping so if I buy 3-4 record it will be almost as buying timecode DVS, but than learning on hardcore vinyl no dvs making me feel good what do you think? Hello! I'm interested in this device as I want to record scratches to put in my beats when working with a DAW. I have a couple of questions: 1. Can I use this device to scratch a custom audio file of my choosing via USB? 2. Can I use this to record/export as an audiofile into my PC by connecting the RCA jacks into my audio interface?

Hey I’m looking at getting into hardware would the Maschine mikro mk3 be a good piece to get going with?
@eddiemena10064 жыл бұрын
Depends what you want to do, if you want to be able to chop up samples really easily and have a little groovebox, then the maschine would be the place to go. You dont have to spend so much money to get into music production, I have a midi controller and i also have a mashine, but i find myself straying away from my tools because of the tracks im making. Before you make any decision download ableton or fl studio, and if you enjoy that then look into getting a physical controller.
@ambrushadam4 жыл бұрын
Maybe start out with a cheaper midi controller and ableton or some other DAW, then move on to the maschine if you feel like investing more.

This video was a clickbait for me straight away. I was actually looking to bet the Numark PT01 Scratch while lockdown was on here in the UK but my local store only had the Reloop Spin. It was actually the first time I was hearing about it. I decided to get the Reloop Spin over the PT01 but it was out of stock by the time the store opened for me to check it out in person. It should be coming in next week so I'll have mine then.

Reloop dropped the ball on that portable. The cut in on that fader is useless! They could've had the portable game on smash if they came correct with the fader. Need to dump a couple hundred dollars on mods before it can be of any use. As far as straight out of the box functionality pre-modded, Numark is the better bang for the buck.

How is nobody talking of the flaws with this product? There is a massive hum when plugged into USB mains adapter. The balance between aux and vinyl is unadjustable if the aux level is low. Why are there upgrades for the tone arm and crossfader? Using batteries are an extra cost including a charger for them. Awful product. I'm sending mine back, absolute rip off.
