I’ve actually been picking up quite a few classic rock / metal albums on vinyl recently, and I honestly really enjoy the “raw” sound of them! Been getting albums from Pink Floyd, Rush, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Dio, Van Halen, Yes, Ozzy, etc. Cool stuff, Prim! :)

*Prim⚡️ASMR - Who Made Tingles 🤘* "I've been seeing vinyl everywhere for sale, every store.... well not the grocery store." 😆 Lookin' classy today Prim! A big thanks to Papa Prim for giving you an idea to make an episode with this album! AC⚡️DC is the first band that you've revisited since the first season of the album series. Also, 'Maximum Homerdrive' is one of my favorite Simpsons episodes! The opening 2 songs on this album are in my top 5 favorite AC⚡️DC songs along with 'Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap', 'Whole Lotta Rosie' and 'Jailbreak'. About AC⚡️DC being heavy metal - there are some people who classify them as metal, and yes they have influenced many metal bands, but I personally have always viewed them as a hard rock band. Although most of their songs are very similar, they have a distinctive sound and a lot of energy in their live performances. Over the years I've kinda moved away from their music, but they will always hold a special place in my heart. Around the time I was 8 years old AC⚡️DC, Def Leppard and Bon Jovi were my life! They're the main bands that shaped my musical taste in the early stages of my musical journey. This has been another kicka** episode, thank you for making this and Rock On Primio! 🤘

'Maximum Overdrive' was based on King's short story "Trucks" from 1973 and was again adapted to film as a made-for-TV movie titled 'Trucks' in 1997. As for the album, I love it. It's between "Who Made Who" & "You Shook Me All Night Long" for my favorite song on side 1 and between "For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)" & "Shake Your Foundations" for my favorite song on side 2. 👍 Well I hope you're doing real well, taking good care of yourself and enjoying the beauty of life!! I went to see AC/DC in '96 at River, good memories. We were walking, me, my brothers and my father, towards the stadium. A totally drunk guy points at my father and says "I knew you'd come!" My father turned red like a potato. Anyways, AC/DC came back in '09, but at that point I was kinda short on money... I look at the videos and see how awesome it was and I regret not making it.
