2:57 I find Damon Gant an interesting culprit. Before the SL-9 incident he seemed to be a man who was genuinely devoted to fighting crime and bringing criminals to justice. However, during SL-9 he lost faith in the justice system when the evidence 'wasn't enough' to convict Joe Darke of his killings even though it was painfully obvious. He became so fixated on bringing this murderous out-of-control bastard down and having his justice delivered that he was willing to sacrifice the life of his own team member (Neil Marshall), in order to frame Darke and have him convicted & executed. Of course, now being a murderer himself, he had guilt to cover up (hence the 'insurance evidence' suggesting Ema Skye did it). But being promoted to District Chief of Police, he then became untouchable and corrupt, wielding a great legal power and ignoring his guilt for killing Neil for years. Until his guilt came back to haunt him when detective Bruce Goodman (the victim in Rise from the Ashes) urged Gant to re-open the SL-9 case, leaving him with no choice but to murder yet again out of fear of the truth being revealed and to maintain his position. It was when Pheonix and Edgeworth finally discovered the truth of what Gant had done, both during SL-9 and the Goodman murder, his pride was demolished, and he completely broke down after being exposed. But shortly after, he came to the realisation that HE had been brought to justice. A man who lost faith in the courts and abused his authority had been brought to light by Phoenix and Edgeworth, hence why he so drastically started laughing and applauding them, not only was he impressed but he was grateful to Phoenix and Edgeworth for making him believe in justice again, even if it resulted in his own conviction. That's just my opinion though xD

Note, I'm pausing the video as I go along, but you missed a few breakdowns. 1. You missed one for Richard Wellington. You also left out Godot's "Breakdown" where he was chugging down a cup of coffee really, REALLY fast, and wouldn't respond to the judge. 3. Wouldn't Machi Tobaye's reveal that he could speak English count as well? It was still a pretty important moment... 4. Vera Misham fainting in court due to poisoning is also missing (I understand that she was innocent, but Terry Fawles was also "innocent" in his case, and was also poisoned) 5. After the scene with Young Kay blowing her nose, I kind of feel like Trucy Wright staging her own abduction in court could have been included, too. 6. Didn't Judge Courtney have something similar to a breakdown during her Logic Chess? 7. And probably a few more I found under the Ace Attorney Wiki's definition of a breakdown. Aside from that, thank you for going through so much work to put these together. It couldn't have been easy with the hundreds of hours involved trying to get through all of these cases. (Dual Destinies Chapter Select tool is a godsend...)

The "worst" breakdown was the one of Jean Greyearl, not because it was "bad" in any way but because of an misunderstanding she thought she killed her savior (Jean was try ending her life because of the rules of the world the game takes place in) while HE, on his own account, basically asked to be poisoned by her silently, because of his guilt. It's one of my favorite trials in the series for this, because of the weight it holds on that young girl and also because of the outcome of that trial, which I won't spoil for anybody else but... let's say I was looking at the age rating and was damn impressed on what the game was setting up, and then kinda disappointed on the explanation of everything going down later, cuz it deconstructs the builtup too much.
