Well BUSKING is basically A.C.E culture this is where they started

Because here, Choice are a small and composed fanbase who discovered and created A.C.E through busking. We cannot expect all the fanbase to act the same as Choices do. There is a reason why big groups don't do busking, outside of the fact that it's really a tiring and time consuming activity; it's dangerous.
