It was crippled due to the previous two missions cutting off its supply lines, especially the supply of fuel. The debriefing of the last mission says that Erusea "lost 5 million barrels of reserves and the ability to process 250,000 barrels of crude oil daily", all of which was dedicated to Comberth Harbor, where the Aegir Fleet was stationed; that's a whole lotta fuel that the fleet has been consuming.
