We have to see if the Switch will be a jet engine or not with AC7 but that enhances the immersion to the game. My PS4 did that too. LUL That was the only time my jet engine base PS4 was useful with the jet engine.

@yukioyamoto3494 The only time I've seen a Switch become a jet engine was if you booted up a game after the console wasn't in use for a bit. And even then it was only for like, a minute and would become far quieter after that.

I remember the PC port itself being praised for even the most potato PCs able to run it at full specs. I'm not surprised that the Switch looks flawless in comparison to the PS4.

The game is surprisingly lightweight: Few enemies on screen at any time and they spawn in waves only after you dispatched the last bunch. Bonus, the screen is small and low res to b egin with so you can set the visuals waaaaay down without too much of an impact.

Maybe they'll make a two piece collection for Shattered Skies and Belkan War (4 and Zero respectively) in the future for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, the next Nintendo console and the Switch

I bought AC7 on PS4 at release (Strangereal Edition) and i will buy it again on Switch (which still works) to experience this version of Ace Combat 7 aswell. This game is a perfect send off for the Switch too. One more time

The game runs at 900p and 1080p on PS4 pro, both version run at 60fps. The switch runs at 720p and 30fps, I understand a lot of Nintendo users won’t see “major differences” but 30 fps to 60fps and higher resolution are really significant difference.

Switch users are not beginners to gaming, many Nintendo exclusives are 60fps and most owners also own gaming PCs as main platform so they definitely know the differences. People that will buy this are simply happy that they can play AC7 anytime anywhere regardless of frame rate.

@@rns_nickitoloko_psn5775 don't know, considering ac7 got a recent port, it's looking more possible. I know Bandai Namco said they weren't looking to port at the moment, but it'd be a huge missed marketing opportunity for JUST A PORT. Not even a remake on the new engine.

There are compromises that had to be made, but while the PS4 version looks better than the switch version, it only does so at a very, VERY small margin.

そもそもAC7は無印のPS4やXboxOneでも張り付きとまでは行かなくても60fpsが出せる程度のグラフィックレベルだった、見せ方は上手かったけどね当然Switch版は最高でも30fpsで恐らくは安定もしないだろう、逆に言えばそれでテクスチャの品質まで丸わかりぐらいに違ってたらいよいよﾔｳﾞｧｲし別に驚くようなことでもな.....

I’d say the same, but considering the graphical quality and control set up, neither Namco nor PROJECT ACES would wanna risk getting a lawsuit. Edit: I also don’t think Namco nor PROJECT ACES would even try putting it on mobile just to get zero stars to one star considering the fact that the touch screen controls would actually suck.

@@iamcoachmark8327 PS4 is already powerful enough to deal with just about any CPU/GPU-intense game. And to add on(check my reply if you want), they wouldn’t wanna ruin the Ace Combat rep. with bad touch screen controls and possibly too many ads if the game somehow came for mobile as a free game.
