In Pursuit is the most challenging missions I've ever played. Jamming made the mission real hard since you have to use your manual aim to destroy targets and if you get too close to the center of the jamming, AA guns instantly shoots you down even Munitions launched.

The YF-23 is one of those planes I kinda have a soft spot for due to a number of reasons. It actually gets even cooler paint schemes in later games (Black Widow livery, anyone?). And I have a weird habit of always maining it in AC games I play. When AC7 comes out (and if it's worth a damn), I'll probably find myself maining it in that one, too. But yeah, this mission is just... Filler. That's really the best way to describe it. Only thing that saves it is the music.

No, the ones that didn't do anything to the defense system were just decoys. Maybe an abandoned house that they built some fake towers for, not a local power grid facility

The YF-23's cockpit was mostly reused from a Strike Eagle, to save costs. I think it landing gear is from a Hornet, too.

How do I beat mission 12C. Like clear it in good time? Kill all units? Please help!!

All you have to do is keep the city from being destroyed, as per the damage meter. For that, you need to destroy the enemy vehicles and missiles in the second part. If you want S rank, you need 17000 score - time and damage don't matter. Keep some enemy AA guns alive (they don't damage the defenses) and hunt some enemy planes before moving on to the missile phase. You can see an example in my playthrough of that mission.

How do you get all those skins?

Leasath skins are unlocked by beating the campaign. Special 1 skins are unlocked by shooting down that aircraft's ace (or Operation X for superplanes). Special 2 skins are unlocked by simply playing with that aircraft.
