The overhead version of Abel's heavy kick only does 30 damage, but you can link after it.

@Shintroy I feel your pain. Once I learned to deal with it, it became a much smaller problem in the matchup. When they get tricky with wheel kick is where I fall hardest vs Abel. You can always toss out a meaty vs normal rolls or crouch tech your grabs so the cr lk comes out in case he doesn't grab. If it's timed right it beats out tornado throw plus you get a hit confirm

He could have done CoD FADC cr.HP -> CoD FADC Ultra like Juicebox vs. Shiro. Requires 4 bars and ultra and probably wouldn't have killed him due to scaling. The safer option would have been CoD FADC cr.HP L.Wheel kick to keep him in the corner

Abel's roll being punishable only by grabs is bullshit. *grab crosses up* YOU GET GRABBED* *Os grab* *abel backdashes * YOU GET GRABBED* bs bs bs bs bs

Normal rolls are punishable both on startup and recovery. ex is only punishable by grabbing it. If youre talking about 2:37, that happens all the time in sf4. Thats just how the mechanics are made, and thats exactly how auto-corrects work. if youre going to whine about the mechanics go play another game

it can be punished on recovery too. nothing about the roll is safe. i guess im a douce for telling u to learn the match instead of crying. but rolling is easy to punish you shouldnt cry BS in all caps. it makes u look bad:(

abels normal roll can be hit at its start up and recovery. there are plent of ways to punish it, not just grab. learn the match up before u whine BS

cheap, no skill mix up go back to cvs2 with them rolls or king of fighter.
