I must say that is smart thinking. Any normal person would transfer their furnitures (especially if it is better & more expensive than current home) from old to new home. It's definitely a 'furnished' rental home. It seems like the ACE family are in a court proceeding with the beneficiary of previous property & relying on allegations that they had missing documents, house sold fraudulently & housing disrepair issues. And now using this video "to prove" that their previous house was badly disrepaired in comparison to this "so-called" new home aka rental furnished home. The ACE family cannot accept who they really are rather try to be someone who they are not or perhaps trying their hardest to live those rich celebrity "Kardashian" life😂. You don't just go from buying one mansion then constructing another then buying another one. Nothing is genuine with these guys and it's all a front.

If they have the money to buy this house, they wouldn’t have gone into foreclosure. The only way they could own this house is if someone else bought it for them. It’s really obvious, and stupid for them to even lie about it Also, when they were in the living room looking at the orchids, they were looking at it like somebody else had put it together. If they had bought those are kids there would’ve been a whole story about how they came upon it

Think about their “first house” that they were renting but they claimed they had to “leave immediately” because someone “broke in” I feel like if they did buy this house earlier, they would’ve played off their eviction as something else and done a whole “in the process of moving into our new home” I feel like they managed to furnish and move within…2 WEEKS??? -and if u look at the condiments in the fridge… they’re like half used. I get it, kids LOVE ketchup… but enough to go thru half a bottle in 2 weeks?? Along with all the other condiments. I feel like Tons of rentals/airbnbs I’ve been in have left, leftover condiments in the fridge for the next renters to use. Bro nothing tells me this is a family home with children!! Compared to all the splendor the play room is literally a sad closet with some toys squeezed in and a door they probably can't open, huge kitchen but for what since they can't cook, dining island with 10 bar chairs and there are 3 small kids? They didn't furnish this themselves. Us apartment dwellers with 1 child have his print in every room, toy and bookcases, table, stool, bathtub, door protectors, baby gates. They have nothing that shows life, except Austin's boxing ring, apparently the ONLY personal thing. Hell they spent more time showing the fridge opening than the whole play room !!

Correct me if I'm wrong but their other house went into foreclosure a few months ago. No way in hell would any lender look at that and lend them more money, that fast. No matter what the circumstances were about the foreclosure, they will look at that and say they're to much of a liability to loan money too. Also, in their other video they openly admitted no other bank/lender would give them more money. I highly doubt they bought this, they're renting for sure.

I once delivered and mounted a safe to the home of a former Motorola executive. He had built an entire movie theater underground. Now he did have a popcorn machine down there….. along with an entire concession stand booth built matched with a full bar and even a ticket counter. You got down there via elevator. And I’ll say this. His theater he built. Was a story tall and could seat up to 30 people. It was beautiful. Room over was a small arcade and game room. Next to that a buffet room. Where he would entertain his family and friends. It was HUGE. I should have taken photos…

Hold on. Did anyone notice that the kids said they couldn’t hear the movie? I feel like that shows that they weren’t really watching that and it was just set up to look good for their content. They had the movie silent so it wouldn’t interrupt the filming when they came in the room.
