Holy shit Ace. I’ve listened to this song 10,000 times since I got a bootleg version from one of your 1st Comet shows in NYC at the Limelight I believe. I was there. I haven’t heard it in years. Here I am almost 40 years later sitting in Las Vegas (don’t ask) and I hear this song on someone’s phone walking by me.I wanted to say hey. Not too often you hear someone blasting Ace Frehley let alone this tune. It was a big crowd and I was goin one way and he was going the opposite and I yelled “Into My Arms Again” along with the chorus ,and I got back “Keeping it in the Groove.” I thought that was just way too cool. When I got back to my hotel that night/ morning I played that demo and it brought me right back to 1986. I felt the same emotions and feelings I did at the time I first head it at the Limelight that night. Time travel does exist. Thank you Ace and Arthur!!! Such a special song. So good!

I've been begging for him to record this for years now. Sadly I dont think it will be a "hit" as his label isnt releasing it as a single. Just the title track, walk on the moon and cherry medicine are getting the single treatment. Hopefully theyll do a video or single release after the record drops.

@@indymudshow I felt the same way since 86 when the demo came out. Now I wish he hadn’t redone it. The demo is way better, especially the solo. I don’t know what Steve Brown was thinking. As a diehard fan I’m very disappointed with the new version.

@@youcanmakeoneup same. All they had to do was just clean it up and make it clear. Or re-record it as it was. They really took the sweet feeling from it. Steve was too concerned with his modernist and modern that takes.
