Looking back, the interview was probably the most nerve wracking part of the process. I would add that if you’re doing your research, find out who’s in charge of membership. If you’re going to a lot of the organization’s events, you may have already met those who you’ll be interviewing with. 💙💛

You ain’t never lied. My 40 something year old self was rattled but I felt confident by question 2. I spoke directly from the heart and was specific on what I want from my organization and what my organization expected from me. I knew I pretty much had it in the bag. I found out about a week later.

I was definitely nervous on my interview before I joined my graduate chapter. One of the questions I asked was "What are your future goals of the chapter?" and "How well do you all work together "

Who typically does the interview, like which position? I know the member structure but if I need to pay special attention to someone

It depends on the chapter of that organization. You really wouldn't know until if and when you get to that point. Kels has a few great videos about interviews on her channel.
