Start from the begining. Videos have made in order of the book, with few exceptions. Let me know what questions you have. There is plenty questions on the begining. Start watching videos, and read the book, do mock exams. This will start to clear up and make more sense. Stay Thirsty and Wise.

Hi Petar. I came across a really tasty oak aged Riesling. It is aged in old oak casks indeed but I’d recommend you try it if you have the opportunity- Pierre Frick - Riesling ‘B’ 2018. Thanks for all your videos. I find them very helpful.
