I am disappointed with mine...that beam is miserable if you need to get good light on something 40 or more yards away. Just not enough hotspot in that beam...it is all flood.

A hotspot at 40 yards isn't possible with a light of this size. You'll need something larger. I suggest checking out the Wuben C2, which has a tight center SPOT, and will reach the distance you require; kzbin.info/www/bejne/rKW0ZpxqZa5lh5I

@@Lightsngear Don't tell me, I have other AA lights that certainly have much more intense light at 40yds. You don't have to have a larger light to have more light in the center at 40yrds.
