130 PE is too high. You need to show PE of Bajaj Finance. Second, very high capital means lower profit per share. This is a trap for retail investors. All promoters need to do is one or two negative results, and stock will implode, go very very low. Not recommended. When actual business starts , that once real profit comes, then decide to enter.

Cost of funds that is raised via Equity route should be even higher than the cost of borrowing from banks. Banks and financing companies always use borrowings or leverage to lend money. That is how they achieve higher ROE. If they lending using shareholder’s capital then ROE will be much lower and hence a very poor strategy. International debt may be good but comes with exchange rate risk
