ACER AL2216W monitor problem - turning on and off repeatedly

Hello, I need to solve the problem with my monitor.
Every time it goes into OFF mode - power and pc is turned off or pc goes into hibernation mode, then after waking up or turning ON my monitor gets mad and starts to turn on and off repeatedly for random time... Sometimes I wait for about 2 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes and I am re-plug its power cable because it looks like some kind of connection (contact) problem, but it is completely clean-no dust and dirt or something... I have tried to dismantle the cover, but I haven't found anything weird.

I had the same issue bro , i can suggest you to check the IC of the monitor. The repeated power off and power ON maybe due to the damaged IC being unable to distribute current as it is being overheated. An IC change can do the trick.

It’s the HDMI wire you have.. I had the same issue swapped out the wire didn’t turn off anymore

​@@zoomzoom4542 its faulty monitor, ive had the same issue, just buy a new one, it has to do with warming up of the display, if you let it, it will eventually turn on, but for me it was in minutes, maybe 20 and then it was working. But save youreslef the hassle, buy a new one, this model is done.
