Could be anything, an OS issue, or monitor issue etc. What’s the last message you see on the screen? And what happens when you try to press ctrl + Alt + delete?

Can i plug a ps4 into the hdmi port and will it work or do i need vga or something

This is an all in one PC not a monitor. However, it might double as an external monitor or there might be ways to make it work as such, I’m not sure though, never tried it, sorry.

Still runs. Not the fastest, but does the job done. All comes down to how many programs you have running on it down the road, and whether or not the pc can happily handle the demands of such programs/applications

Yes, might not be the best for games though, rather an office computer...
