yes, but for this specific model, i would install the cheapest SSD available, and store only whats needed, not much personal files since the device is somehow slow,

yes but it would lag as it wouldnt, i would recomend using a light linux distro, i installed on my old acer d255 mx linux, it is usable, and somehow it gave it a second life, the processor is slow but at least you can do some work with it

it would depend a lot on usage, the video shows low response but it is due to the acer d255 procesor, a single core single thread and using 1.6 ghz is super weak... if you can see improvements i would recomend to install a very lightweight linux distro, it is worth if you are planning to use the old minilap, dont expect it to be super fast, but at least you can do some work with it
