There is usually one ram stick that you can take out, laptops usually have two ram sticks with one soldered in there somewhere, if anything you can upgrade the storage as well

I've had abs plastic built notebooks (including ones built with magnesium alloy or all aluminum) for the last two decades and I've never had any issues of build quality (i.e. cracking, breaking, fading, etc.) with either types of build materials.

I agree with you, Acer Aspire 5 is a great laptop with many different configurations to choose from. I just recently purchased this laptop with a Ryzen 3700u CPU and AMD Vega graphics. More RAM and SSD storage are good upgrades for this laptop. I especially appreciate having WiFi 6 and the 1080p IPS display. 😀

In my opinian and my experience, I Have acer aspire 5 ryzen 3 5300u, this is a good laptop but there is one weakness that is the speaker is very slow.

Sir, I like your videos. One suggestion, please talk about screen size. Not everyone likes 15.6 inch screen. There is a larger population that likes 14 inch laptops. Acer aspire 5 also has 14 inch models. Please talk about those models and the processors that they have. It would be really helpful for making a decision.

@@naserali4027 Update: I've got the laptop, put windows 10 on it and tested it a bit. Keyboard feels nice, although backlighting doesn't go well with the silver key colour, but with it off the keyboard looks really nice. The laptops weight seems pretty balanced to where it doesn't feel too light, but is still easy enough to carry around/move around. The touchpad feels very nice and responsive. The lack of numpad can be a detriment to some as well as an awkward positioning of the pgup and pgdown buttons (right above the left and right arrow in a half-keyesque manner), but it just takes a bit of time to get used to. Cooling seems good. Fan can get a bit noisy on heavy load but that is to be expected. Keep in mind that 11th gen can't be undervolted. Even without undervolting the laptop keeps it's temperature from 45-75 degrees celsius (not tested enough yet). The screen resolution looks good enough for me and is plenty for watching videos/gaming/anything. You can always just buy a monitor. The refresh looks smooth and there aren't any cuts in image display. All in all, a really good laptop and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a mid range laptop to do some normal work + some light to medium gaming. Intel iris xe graphics looks really promising and with the new intel gaming site helping you setup your game settings I really have high hopes for it. Those are my impressions after 2-3 day use. Why do some acer aspires have ryzon chips while others Aspire 5 have Intel chips?

They are just different configuration offers. Why? I guess to give customers a choice and probably because some people will favor one versus the other for various reasons (brand loyalty/bias [so you target AMD and Intel biased customers], to keep business relationship with both major CPU manufacturer, some offer different features/performances, etc.). Just like they also offer different Ryzen CPU with different performance and price point.
