Hello! Bought one of these and I was able to use it for two full battery cicle. Since then, even with the battery fully charged the max speed decreased greatly, now I cannot pass 12 Km/h anymore. Any idea to where I could write or ask for support?

Ужасное качество самокатов Acer! На них опасно ездить! Частые проблемы самокатов Acer это люфт или отвал руля + люфт и отвал задней подвески вместе с задним колесом! Не советую покупать!

Для РФ говно полное Оф представительства нет Те кто якобы официалы, сами признаются что такими не являются, в регионах сервисные центры работают, но очень отвратительно, номинальные официальлы в мск ничего с этим делать нехотят. Найти в интернете хотя бы где то хотя бы какой то гайд по ремонту невозможно, их просто нет! При этом за один сезон, при езде по нормальным дорогам, от аппарата не осталось ничего) Все гатается люфтит и скрепит, если кратко! В общем никому не советую
