There is two possible issues with acer nitro 5, either the video card or the BIOS but most of the time is the BIOS, the BIOS gets corrupted easily, you must always properly shut down the system and let it die completely before closing it up and always leave adequate spacw left on your SSD or HDD If you laptop is experiencing this and you left it on for a while and it heating up normally, that means it the BIOS preventing it to lit up, and reprogramming the BIOS is the most effective solution, many used the CH341A programmer for it( professional use only) and it won't require you to buy another motherboard or for them to remove the chip, it will all be done on the BIOS chip

Had the same problem. The reason was the short circuit on the RAM modules. The RAM bar needed to changed

Connect the laptop to any tv or external monitor and open device manager then update the intel uhd driver that should fix it I had this issue today but I solved it

Hola que tal tengo el mismo problema. Yo me dedico a la reparación de equipo de computo y al desconectar el cable lvds el equipo enciende, quite webcam y display, solo deje el flexor lvds y no enciende, solo enciende si se retira el cable lvds, voy a pedirlo, colocarlo ybles informo.

It happened today (26 September 2023) after 3+ years of usage. How I resolve this issue is just by removing 1 RAM stick, I got 16 gb of ram (8+8) just removed one skick and it worked.

@@Aspectfady i am currently getting an replacement from Flipkart ... Acer engineer came to my house next day and tried to fix the laptop but he told both the mother board and screen was faulty... So in that case i would have easily got a new laptop from acer with my hdd and sdd in it if the replacement period would have ended Anyways i would try to give you an update once I get a replacement ... You also let me know how your laptop is once you recieve it Ohh and most importantly pls don't forget to get the 2 years warranty extension ... Atleast after what happened to me 😅 also the engineer told most of nitro laptop get a keyboard issue after an year so 2 years extended warranty is a must

I got this issue during last year, I got my acer spin 3 almost 3years+. I went to nearby service center and they changed a new mother board for me. But after few months, this issue come back again. What the reason that the engineer from acer told me is the laptop battery cannot be lower than 50%. Haha nonsense. Then 2nd engineer told me, is the mother board issue. 3rd engineer told me, every time when I faced this issue I must press the reset button, then the problem will be fix. This acer products are suck. No point to purchase any item from this brand.
