No, thermal putty and thermal paste are different kinds of thermal interfaces for different purposes. You can apply Thermal putty instead of older thermal putty or thermal pads (if this would be appropriate), but not instead thermal paste on CPU/GPU. You can do repasting only if necessary though. If your laptop can sustain high CPU and GPU clocks and it can get somewhat hot while gaming (like 90C on CPU with max CPU frequencies and 80C on GPU) this is OK, there's no need to repaste

bro i had watched your nitro 5 i5 12th gen RTX 3050 laptop gaming benchmark In nitro 5 i5 12th gen variant there is an thermal issue it cant reach 4.2Ghz due to thermal throttling .same laptop I having in performance mode the thermals was locked at 100 degrees at room temperature 18 degree with cooling fan my clock was around 2.5Ghz everything is perfect power plan, nitro sense settings, plugged in, turbo boost on , I had replaced my thermal paste also. how did you reached this clock speed with these less temperature
