Hey, is the white adhesive strip for the SSD included, or do you not need it to attach the SSD? Also, is this an additional SSD to the standard 1 TB one?

Hi that is not a adhesive strip is a thermal paste that is provided by acer and yes is a additional storage added by myself not provided

i was hoping this desktop would work with speeds of a pcie 5.0 ssd but installed hwinfo seems like it only supports pcie 4.0, what a shame for a 2024 desktop :(

hey please I now have this same desktop, do u know how many ssds i can install inside of it, 3 or 2 max? not including hot swap drive? and of course including the main c drive which i want to replace with samsung

I didn't go remove the internal stuff as it might void my warranty as far as I know u can put another ssd in the motherboard I think refer to this manual official website www.manualslib.com/manual/3274104/Predator-Orion-X-650.html?page=29#manual

hey @nakamuraamon3154 can you tell me more about the orion x i´m planing to buy me the 4080 model! how is the noise level on gaming, is this thing silent? and how is the perfomance of the little thing, has it enough power to play new titles in 4k 120hz like starfield, Alan Wake 2, Horizon Forbidden West, Cyberpunk 2077 with ray reconstruction and raytracing? no one has made a detailed test video about the orion X yet! 3k is a lot of money to just buy it and just to try it out :)

The noise is okay u won't really notice it when gaming as I only use performance mode on gaming I played resident evil 4 remake and Alan wake 2 I can use ultra setting with ray tracing on no problem running it .. but my monitor is 1440p only so I dunno about 4K I wanna try out the horizon forbidden west but haven't release on the pc yet....I hope to change my monitor to ailenware 32" oled 4k if I had the budget
