What you need to play rank with friends. It's good aim, confidence, good callouts, knowing when enough damage is enough and not pushing one team solo.. which is staying togather or within distance for teammates assist when needed. Keeping track of players damage and your surroundings. You have to play as a team. Honestly you can't play with teammates that doesn't know when to be aggressive. Feel free to add other essentials. :)
