Watching for 1st time…..I love this card, especially because it’s for a guy. I struggle thinking of cards for a man. TYFS. 😊

I'm trying really hard to not be long-winded because I (myself) can't stand watching long videos. So I'm hoping others are like my style. LOL I guess we'll find out! ;)

Nice card, great way to use scraps. Was surprised to see a Close to my Heart work surface, that was the company that started me on my stamping 'career' 20 something yrs ago!

How crazy is that! I've been a consultant for just over 22 years now so basically it's where I started, too. ;)

Also where I started and while I’ve now gone rogue, I’d still love to see some/more consultants posting things. I don’t remember the rules but if it’s not allowed, it’s a terrible missed opportunity on their part. No need for a pushy video but to have CTMH products show up in the list of supplies used would be a great opportunity. Ask SU.

@@elizabethnovak4951 I've been with CTMH for over 20+ years and I'm just now trying to figure out the whole KZbin thing. LOL CTMH has definitely changed over the years but I also can't image my life without them. So many great products...I really need to get back to making kits, too!

Fun card. Where did you get the small sticky dots. I often wish for dots that aren't so thick when adding smaller pieces to a card.

What is the purpose of the peel off layer on the acetate? Great card BTW!
@stampinbuds
@stampinbuds Жыл бұрын
I believe that it's to protect the more sensitive side of the acetate so that it doesn't scratch. I've also read that it's a film that is added so that big sheets can be cut down into smaller sizes without sensitivity damage.

Very nice card. I love the colors in the papers. When you did the stamping, what was the foam for?
@stampinbuds
@stampinbuds Жыл бұрын
The foam helps to give some “give” between the stamp, paper and the table. I always make sure to use the foam when I’m working with large stamps but I don’t tend to use it when I need a harder surface, like with small stamps. I hope that makes sense?

@Shannon B yes it does and I figured that was it. I just wanted to be sure. I will have to give that a try.

@@cindyrobinson2199 Anything spongy will do. It's just easiest to use the foam piece that comes with each Stamp Set, though. :)
