Glad I found these, I started as a adult volunteer Instructor just before covid so have not been able to get much training in the basics, these videos are being very helpful in keeping myself motivated and looking forward to when this comes to an end and I can get back to my cadets /friends in the ACF.

No panic my friend, there is plenty to keep me going, did my bic 1 before covid and because of the situation and delays I cannot get on Westminster, so your vids are great to progress my CFIT, and fast track to iic, when this is over. Many thanks for your reply. Nige.

Thank you very much Lieutenant Hazelwood! I recently joined the ACF at age 17 so only have a years worth of time to spent with the Cadets, so I am trying to get myself up to speed for my detachment. I have been binge-watching your videos and am finding them very helpful! Cheers!

As a CFAV, sourcing reliable information both for oneself and as a training aid can be extremely difficult to find. Like all your written handbooks, these videos are excellent & informative. At last, someone doing a vid on hand signasl stressing they should be given largely with your left hand ie as you'd be holding a weapon. So many vids and printed material use right handed illustrations ! Many thanks.

Your videos are excellent. I have just applied to become CFAV, 20 years after leaving the reserves and they are proving an excellent refresher.. I notice you haven’t made any videos recently, are you planning to extend your library to cover more areas of training? Cheers

Thanks for your comment, I'm glad you've found the videos useful. A lot of the videos were done during lockdown a few years back and were necessary at the time which is why there was a flurry of them. I keep talking about doing more, but it's just about finding the time now. It's on my to-do list so I'm sure I'll get some more done at some point. Good luck with your CFAV training. Dave
