How to change out put frequency?

In "Hand" the output frequency is changed with the [Up] and [Down] arrows from the Home screen. In "Auto" the 0-10Vdc or 4-20mA signal adjusts the output frequency.

Do you need to wire up internally when you just need to use control panel (not externally controlled)? (There will be only terminal connection and motor cable connections)

Yes, if desired, the control panel can be the speed reference source in "Auto". This requires additional programing beyond the scope of the First Start assistant.
