@@Niranjan-i8c आत्मा जैसा कुछ नहीं होता है। मैं ( अहम् या अहंकार) का मिट जाने के बाद ही जो मैं का शुद्धतम रूप होता है उसी को आत्मा बोलते हैं। क्योंकि लोकधर्म मतलब की जन सामान्य ने जब आत्मा शब्द पर कब्जा कर लिया, तब फिर ज्ञानियों को विद्वानों को परमात्मा शब्द बोलना पड़ा। और शिव तो वो है जो अनादि है, अनंत है, जिनका न जन्म हुआ है, न मृत्यु हुई है। शिव सत्य है जो काल की ही धारा में लगातार समाहित है। हम पैदा ही दुख लेकर के होते है। उसी दुख के कारण हमें जीवन भर यातना होती हैं और इससे मुक्ति उसी दुख को जानकर मतलब कि दुख का कारण जानकर मिलती है। दुख का कारण कामनाओ से आता है और जब हमारी किसी भी वस्तु या विषय को पाने की चाह होती, उसी से कामना उठती हैं। इसलिए उस कामना को जानना ही दुख से मुक्त होना है।
