Real humility doesn't lie in being humble, modest about " my strengths ". It lies in keeping aside the "Myness" itself..... Acharya prashant ~🙏🏻

Real humility is all about self-knowledge, knowing that your strengths and weaknesses are actually not yours. I wish I could remember this teaching and live it in my life. Acharya ji you are breaking into pieces everything that I learnt so far, the more I listen to you the more I fear of getting reduced and many times exposed. But I know religiously listening to you and enjoying my continuous downfall, 🙏

10:19, what really is your strength then, your real strength is when you see this. Your real weakness is when you don't see this. So be humble, see that none of this is yours, you are an outsider to all this..... 🙏🏻

"What to be proud of, what to be ashamed of? Nothing is yours" This clears up everything. I've been watching your videos from 1 am until now, it hurts so much, my insides are crying but there aren't tears on my face, the only thing that comforts me is listening to you. No words to describe how much your teachings mean to me.

We need to understand that what we call our weakness and strengths are not in the first place ours , they are by-product of society, genetics and social conditionings and influence ,then what's the point is in boasting about them or hiding them, you must know yourself that you aren't all of this variables.

The Bhagavad Gita emphasizes the importance of self-knowledge and detachment from material attachments, including the notion of "my strengths" and "my weaknesses". Here are a few verses from the Gita that highlight these ideas: Chapter 2, Verse 47: "Work done with selfish motives, even if great in magnitude, is much less in value than a tiny deed performed in a state of pure consciousness." Chapter 3, Verse 33: "One should not take pride in one's abilities, nor become attached to one's inaction. In either case, one is bound." Chapter 5, Verse 7: "The ignorant, who are attached to their own actions, cling to the fruits of those actions. But one who is enlightened, knowing that action is a means, does not cling to the fruits of action." In the Gita, one is encouraged to perform their duties and responsibilities without attachment to the results and to cultivate a state of consciousness that is free from ego and selfishness. By doing so, one can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
