Do you recommend this over the Hypervolt? Currently there’s only a 30 dollar price difference between them and I’m on the fence as to which one to get.

So between the original and the Pro with the difference in the heads (we love the soft round one on the original) bc the price point is not much is the upgrade better to just get to begin with?

Just got mine today, but it came with 3 rubber o ring things that don't appear to fit anywhere. They don't appear to be necessary for the attachments, and actually, the attachments won't go in if i use any of the rings. did anybody else have this issue? They were not mentioned in the user manual either. Just curious what i'm supposed to do with them lol.

Too bad they ship faulty products and then ignore your emails. Really, avoid like the plague. They took longer than stated to ship (literally weeks), the battery unit on my pro massager started malfunctioning after a week, and they are straight up ignoring emails (the only contact method they provide) from me asking for a refund, an address to ship it back to, a replacement, ANYTHING for two weeks. Not saying other people won't have had good service and a good product, but if there is a chance you will deal with what I have, you really might want to buy you product from another company.

Wow, I am considering purchasing based on the two-year warranty but after your experience, I am not so sure. Any updates from 3 months ago when you originally posted your comment.

Do not buy from ached away. Mine lasted one charge. They said they would send me a new one and I got a used one from a person that had the same trouble. They had her send it to me. She thought that’s maybe I was a dealer. Absolutely a terrible company.

@@stevetoma3376 what’s really crazy is I ended up getting a new one later on. Then I kept getting them in the mail 4 other times. When I spoke to there service department they asked me if I wouldn’t mind just keeping them. So they went on eBay.
