Honestly, I would prefer him not to come back for the simplest of reasons: He wouldn't be happy. He would be quiet in Let's Plays and streams and would mostly keep to himself. Actually, urine isn't necessarily /meant/ to be clear. I believe the yellow hue in it comes from the concentration of the yellow pigment urea in the fluid. However much water you drink does effect the concentration of this pigment in the entire thing, however there will always be some amount of pigment in your piss. Your body is always trying to concentrate urine in favor of absorbing the water we consume.

The difference between chance and community chest is a community chest will often give you money (they are generally good even to pick up at the end of the game other than street repairs) while a chance is a bit more risky, because they have many cards for properties, like the "Advance to Mayfair". In some editions both the street repairs are in chance which makes picking up a chance highly risky late in the game if you have to repair your buildings or are sent to Mayfair.
