Thanks for this! I don't begrudge people putting RH in compilations and separating the art from the artist; that's a valid thing to do. I just viscerally can't stand hearing his voice knowing what he did. I stopped watching most AH fan content because seeing RH made me sad and angry to the point where I couldn't enjoy the video any longer. So it's nice to have a compilation that I know I'll watch all the way through!

I honestly don't get a lot of people. I don't like what Ryan did at all. But I can still enjoy his presence in videos as he was generally a pretty funny guy to watch. It's like Kevin Spacey, after his controversy came into the media spotlight I can still watch any show or movie with him in it. You can dislike what the artist did and still appreciate his work.

I agree that one potentially can enjoy RH's content. I'm jealous of those who can do it. I just feel sick and angry whenever I hear his voice, and those moments aren't funny to me anymore. People can't always decide what they feel, which sucks :/

I think the difference is that Spacey is playing a character. I can put up that wall of separation in my mind like "no that's not Spacey, that's *insert character name*!" But with Ryan it feels more like that's actually who he is, we're not looking at a character, we're watching the actual person. Even if some of his personality in videos was exaggerated for the sake of content, it's harder to put up that wall of separation and forget all the things he did. Because I can't tell myself "Oh that's not Ryan, thats the Mad King!" Because it's always just Ryan. (Dont know if I got my point across, kind felt like I started rambling towards the end)

@@Tempus_Sicarius nah that makes total sense to me, like I can still happily watch 7 with no issue cause Spacey isn’t himself. I’ve tried to do the same with Ryan and if he’s only a minor part I can usually stomach it but when he’s a major contributor, I just can’t separate him from his actions. Also it may be selfish but I get angry at Ryan for ruining something that’s kept me going through difficult times. It feels wrong to be angry about that when it’s obvious his actions have hurt others in much more serious ways but still I can’t help but feel he’s ruined and sullied something important to me personally.
