I can give some basic context at least. In the game they were playing, Trevor triggered the second phase, which turned him into a villain character everyone else has to fight. But because of how the randomly built map was constructed, Jeremy instantly got everything they needed to kill him and OHKOed him within a single round, which is insanely sudden when half the time it'll go for ten or more rounds from there.

The way the thought process on that one works is that she farts drinking a normal latte, so clearly to alleviate said problem she drinks a soy latte. Admittedly, the drawing is better for "lactose intolerance" instead, but honestly I get it.
