I'm going to be honest, it stops looking realistic when the character that we're controlling always is in the Fortnite art style. It would be amazing to let us completely replace the character with our own Skeletal Mesh & Skeleton, along with it's own Animations as well.

i agree fortnite doesn't need to look more realistic only simulators need that. Games have substance, is the lion king any better than the cartoon version? No. The anime characters would look ridiculous if fortnite was a simulator.

Does size matter on a fortnite uefn game I thought the cloud held them ?

yea but they still need to be downloaded locally in order to be able to play them

the assets and variables are pre downloaded just like any map. So you should design your map to be optimized

Yes, we're only allowed 400mb which is not a whole lot due to players on mobile and switch needing to download the assets for your game
