I have 2 Mods that were updated to 1.20 Minecraft recently that might prove Interesting to play with.... • Recruit Villagers Mod: Upgrade the Armorer Villager to Level 2 or Journeyman and Buy Job Site blocks to Recruit Villagers into being Spearmen, Swordsmen or Archers. Pay them in Emeralds so that they won't leave or Possibly Revolt (not really), Give them Armor to wear and Tools to use in Battle and even give Orders from Holding their current position to Following you to even following a Patrol. Anything in their inventory they will use, from Switching to a New Weapon if the one they're using breaks to Eating Food to restore hunger or health to even reading Books and Using Various Potions. The Pillagers are a lot tougher than in Vanilla Minecraft so be ready for the Pain Train. It was Updated to 1.20 back in July 2023. • Simple Planes Mod: Build Single or Multi-seat Planes or Helicopters with a few simple Crafting recipes. They'll take on the Texture of the Wood Types used to craft them, you can Have the Planes Drop other Mobs or even Supply Chests into an Area that might not be accessible for the plane to land, and both the Planes and Helicopters can have Armor added to improve their health, Boats to allow them to float in the water, and they can even Fire Rockets and Drop TNT Blocks as a Bombing run. There are a Few Questions I think might prove Interesting to see if they can be answered through the use of these 2 Mods alone in a Hard Mode Survival Minecraft World. • Will the Villager Recruits take Leather Armor that's Dyed to look like a Proper Military Uniform from any point in History? • Will the Villager Recruits in the Archer Category use Crossbows for various Weapons across the History of Warfare (I.E. As Muskets firing Firework Rockets with a White and a Light Gray Firework Stars and as Various Rifles, Submachine Guns, Light Machine Guns, Heavy Machine Guns, Sniper and Anti-Tank Rifles using Harming or Harming II Arrows)? • Will the Villager Recruits actually be able to read any Field Manuals that you type up and Give them? • Will the Villager Recruits be able to Use the Planes and Helicopters in the Simple Planes Mod for Offensive and Defensive Purposes (I.E. Flying as Air Support, Flying a Strategic Bombing Campaign or even Conducting Airborne Operations)? These are among the many important Questions as to what is truly possible with these 2 Mods for 1.20 Minecraft! Let me know what you think about this idea and I'll catch you in your next video man!
