Great to know u visited Tawang, my second home town. I had the privilege of being in Tawang for almost 4 and a half years from 2008 to 2012. The lovely Monpas use to call me Ladakh Monpa. I too have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to serve the people of Tawang on a very small scale. Great message ka ly indeed all over the world ladakh are known for its good natives along with its rich culture and heritage. Ladakhi people should never forget their ancestral values, those of selfless nature, helpful towards each other, no ego, no jealousy, no ill will towards other. But unfortunately I feel sad to see ladakhi people these day's adapting more of negative traits with modernisation. Now that we got to know that places like tawang and many others see us as a model of good people so here comes great responsibility to preserve our values and build our image even more.
