But one thing Ugandans who are mindful should know ,is that Muhozi as army commander is preparing an army which will be dominated by people from his ethnic group, regardless of their country of origin (Congo,Rwanda or Burundi). That's why many officers from other ethnic groups had to be laid off . A serving officer like Elwelu and others who are not Muhozi 's favor might end up in jail,exile or eliminated in case the guy takes full control of affairs, which might be the case by the way things are going. So this guy is like the white supremacists, who believes that his ethnic group should dominate others by force.
