Swapnalie Sachdev is a classically trained singer, Music coach, lead singer of the band HIGH, a qualified nutritionist, Founder of High music academy with over 20 years of Media experience in TV & RADIO. She has trained around 1000 individuals through her Mind training workshops with Music, be it homemakers, students or working professionals.
She follows a very disciplined and medicine free lifestyle with Ayurvedic and yogic principles. She is on a mission to spread awareness about the importance of HEALTH AND HAPPINESS WITH MUSIC. A COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION OF MIND, BODY AND SOUL WITH SIMPLE MUSICAL CONCEPTS so that one can lead a joyful, peaceful, more relaxed, stress free life and fulfil their innermost desires
