I saw a video with this title:”Don’t forget about you!” It mentioned the added stress that some of us will feel during the holidays. A few years ago, I remembered me by putting an end to buying Christmas gifts. Best decision ever!😊

@@ACIMQigong I am guessing that most hosts out there who will be receiving friends and or family members for the holidays, will be feeling the stress climbing as well. It does creep up on you. Even if we get some help, we all know that the main tasks, like the three meals a day for example, will rest on our shoulders. I suggest eating out a few times and give ourselves a well deserved break.🙂
