Sir,thank you for your reply.I had acl reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery on 7th feb,2020.After one month post surgery I left knee brace and started walking normally.I exercise regularly.But I don't feel confident.I am frightened whether I made any damage or not.I have completed 6 weeks.How much improvement should I have now?Can I climb stairs now and ride bike as a pillion? Technique. * T-2 weighted coronal, sagittal and transverse * T-1 weighted coronal * T2 fat suppressed (SPAIR SENSE CLEAR ) Transverse * STIR conoral * PD without and with fat suppression sagittal Findings... * posterior superior part of anterior cruciate ligament is not visualized and is repalced by haterogeneous increased signal intensity. Buckling of posterior cruciate ligament is seen. Anterior translation of tibia in relation to femur is seen. Truncated size of body and posterior horn of medical meniscus is noted. Hypointense area is noted in anterior aspect of anterior horn of medical meniscus and probably represents flipped meniscal fragment of bucket handle tear of medial meniscus. Lateral meniscus in normal. Trace amount of fluid collection is seen in knee joint space and suprapatellar pouch. * medial and lateral collateral ligaments are normal. * Quadriceps and patellar tendons are normal. * Normal marrow signal intensity in visible part of tibia,femur, fibula and patella. * Muscles around the knee joint show normal morphology and signal intensity . * No fluid collection noted along the muscular and fascial plane. Impression: * Bucket handle tear of medial meniscus. * Anterior cruciate ligament tear....... Right knee......problem like some different of left knee but it is too surgeon operation of MRI report🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿 Is that both knee problems how much cost in Indian Rs..
