Yes. As good as any other fixation. They are the best judge intra operatively.

All implants are good. Return to sports time don’t change. We prefer BPTB grafts in revision

It usually almost never requires removal. It is only in revision cases we need implant removal and re-fixation. Titanium implants have stood the test of time and they are considered one of the best implants for ACL fixation. All the best.

Nice question! So, endobutton does not come as a biodegradable button for now. But we can expect this change anytime soon! Instead we use bio absorbable screws in both femoral and tibial side to prevent use of any metal in the knee.

Biocomposite or HA coated or Bioabsorbable mean similar for a Layman. They are compositionally different. Common they don't have metal component.

All techniques have similar return to sports time. No technique will give you early return to sports. Pain scale may differ and functional outcome may differ at 6 weeks or three months, but return to sports remains same. May it be internally braced/ Screw fixed/ button fixed/ All inside . Rehab is same. Find a good therapist for post ACL rehab.

H/O leg twisting C/O mild pain , swelling over knee jt. so after MRI Scan there is "near complete ACL tear at mid substance with marrow contusion seen at lateral tibial plateau also moderate joint effusion" So I request you to please suggest what to do in this situation?

Hi! Shivam it is not recommended to drive a 2 wheeler at this time post surgery. Most patients become pain free and rejoin their normal routine by this time but it is not advisable to drive a motorised two wheeler. You can use a bi-cycle instead for small distances if your doctor allows. You can start driving a bike by end of 10-12 weeks comfortably.
