Slight bone depression with associated osteochondral injury along the lateral femoral condyle as mentioned above. Complex tear of the anterior horn of lateral meniscus. Type I ramp lesion in the form of tear of menisco-capsular ligament. Marrow edema along the medial and lateral tibial plateaus.
