0:49-1:50 If the measurement (of experience 🆚) competency could be more defined, from that perspective, I think that is possible people should get hired based off of being certified. I think certification should still be valued higher than it is today if only there was a way to more concisely measure it's skill objectives, imo. Just a food for thought. Maybe "specific status or descriptive badges & decals" on top of your certification could be a good idea?

Because executives and directors generally do not like Oracle. Bad contracts and Oracle has a history of suing left & right.
