@@willowmoon3461 hi Willow. I've always enjoyed tweezers as a tool for extraction it's just usually when they use the needle-nose tweezers they're so fiddly and I get frustrated. This girl goes in and gets the job done. I'm beginning to wonder what we're all going to do when the satisfaction of the videos starts to wear off. Remember Health drilling it was to watch for five big blackhead squeezed and now it's like snore. LOL

Terrible technique! Couldn't you see that they left most of the pores with stuff in them? The only times the pore was properly cleaned was when they used the back end of the tweezers like a finger nail!! The lesson in this: lose the tweezers and use your thumb nails!

I think the super comedones form in scars from cystic acne. It was also obvious that the skin condition was causing folliculitis. The aesthetician was very gentle in her treatment. I can on imagine how sore the clients face is to start with.

Think the client has probably be coming to this provider for a long time and it's actually the provider technique that's causing that. At least it's my theory, given the way the .provider's tunneling technique, even on blackheads that appear to be separate and he/she still used that tunneling method. But the larger clue is all the tiny straight line scars. Esp on jaw line of that one side, and the absence of typical scarring of cystic acne.

Those were so cool. I've only seen that type in ears & an occasional small face one. I wish the vid could go on & clear his whole face. He had some regular ones too. I didn't know these were called supercomedomes. But I would like to know how one person gets so many and others have TONS of regular blackheads with non of these showing. But I loved the video and the technique! I have never seen anyone so accomplished at doing this and not needing to puncture anything to do it. No blood needed. Great! Do some more!
